Coast House is furnished to a high standard and is classified as 4 Star by the English Tourist Board and is listed on the major holiday website Holiday Rentals.

Layout

Coast House is a modern centrally heated WATERFRONT detached property with a large balcony. The house comfortably accommodates 8 people + baby with a detached garage and excellent off road parking. It is carpeted throughout apart from the kitchen. The arrangement is an "upside" down house with most of the sleeping accommodation on the ground floor and living on the first floor. Free Wi-Fi is available.

This house No Smoking and No Pets.

The entrance hall leads to 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and stairs to the first floor living areas with the following arrangement.

Master double bedroom with king size 5ft bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps, chair, chest of drawers. Wide windows providing superb views of the Solent. It has a built in mirrored wardrobe. En-suite bathroom with a shower, wash basin, toilet and bidet. Mirrored cupboard with shaver point, Heated towel rail/radiator and wall mounted hair dryer.
Bedroom 2 overlooking the courtyard garden, fitted with 2 single 3ft beds and built in mirrored wardrobe. Chest of drawers, Bedside table with reading lamp. Hair dryer. Small armchair and a door leading to the courtyard garden.
Bedroom 3 with 2 single 2ft 6in beds. Bedside table with reading lamp. Large cupboard with drawers and hanging space.
Bathroom comprising sink, toilet, bath with mixer tap and shower over. Glass shower screen. Heated towel rail/radiator, mirrored cupboard with shaver point.
In the hall there is an airing cupboard, an alcove for hanging coats and a large under stairs cupboard containing Ironing board and iron, Dyson vacuum cleaner, Travel Cot and High Chair. Cooler Bag.

Off the first floor landing are located the following rooms.

Sitting room A beautiful light and airy room with windows/doors located on two sides providing uninterrupted views over Gurnard Bay, the western Solent and around to Southampton water. The glazed sliding door provides access to the balcony. There are 2 sofas, a pouffe and a glass topped coffee table. Large digital TV with freeview, DVD player. Your own weather station panel showing wind speeds etc., Antique desk for writing your postcards! Free Wi-Fi
Kitchen Fitted with cupboards and built in units on three sides with hatch through to the dining room. It has the following:
- washer/dryer machine
- dishwasher
- fridge/freezer
- microwave
- Grill
- gas hob with an electric fan oven and extractor hood.
- Digital Radio
A glazed door and side window to the front of the kitchen overlook the Solent and provide another access to the balcony.
Balcony with tables and chairs (8) for 'al fresco' eating and watching the ever changing view. The balcony is large and has glass balustrading, hard wood decking and a flight of stairs going down into the courtyard below - a safety gate is fitted at the top.
Dining room overlooking the rear courtyard garden with the serving hatch to the kitchen. Dining table and seating for 8. A sideboard and a large bookcase with a selection of books and games.
Bedroom 4 with one set of 3ft Bunk beds. Chest of drawers with a mirror over.
Cloakroom with WC and hand basin.
All the fixtures and fittings are modern, Egyptian Cotton bed linen, Tea Towels, travel cot, highchair and 2 hairdryers are included.
Towels and bathmats are provided - but NOT beach towels.
A child safety stair gate is available.
The house is fitted with a water softener system.
All beds are made for your arrival.
A welcome tray to revive you after your journey!

Outside

The secure rear paved courtyard garden provides a relaxing area from early morning sunshine along with a Teak Table and chairs for 8, Sun Umbrella and a Webber style Charcoal BBQ. Red squirrels are often seen feeding in the trees behind. Folding washing line, pegs and basket supplied. Garden Shed with 4 more garden chairs and cushions, buckets and spades, shrimping net.

The front garden is a mixture of shingle and coastal planting with private parking for up to 3 cars. A detached garage suitable for small car/dinghy or bicycles.
