Standards Layout Coast House is a modern centrally heated WATERFRONT detached property with a large balcony. The house comfortably accommodates 8 people + baby with a detached garage and excellent off road parking. It is carpeted throughout apart from the kitchen. The arrangement is an "upside" down house with most of the sleeping accommodation on the ground floor and living on the first floor. Free Wi-Fi is available. This house No Smoking and No Pets. The entrance hall leads to 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and stairs to the first floor living areas with the following arrangement.
Off the first floor landing are located the following rooms.
Outside The secure rear paved courtyard garden provides a relaxing area from early morning sunshine along with a Teak Table and chairs for 8, Sun Umbrella and a Webber style Charcoal BBQ. Red squirrels are often seen feeding in the trees behind. Folding washing line, pegs and basket supplied. Garden Shed with 4 more garden chairs and cushions, buckets and spades, shrimping net. The front garden is a mixture of shingle and coastal planting with private parking for up to 3 cars. A detached garage suitable for small car/dinghy or bicycles.
